RG Fleet is a fleet management application used to manage vehicles, maintenance, fuel records, trips, GPS information, alerts, assignments, and reports.
RG Fleet may collect account information such as name, email address, login details, vehicle records, maintenance records, fuel records, trip information, GPS or location-related fleet data, reports, and app activity needed to provide the service.
We use this information to provide fleet management features, maintain user accounts, display fleet records, improve app functionality, support users, and help authorized users manage business operations.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized users of the same organization, service providers needed to operate the app, or when required by law.
We use reasonable security measures to protect app data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We retain information as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
RG Fleet is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
